Interesting, nice and old piccoloflute made of wood. It reads"Chlubina, Neu- Eydschov" (today: "Nový Bydžov"). There are cracks in all parts, see photos! The head and barrel wont loose air, as there is a metal tubing inside.The crack at the main part is very thin! The instrument need adjustment, cleaning and repair. The pad and corcs needs to be replaced. The instrument measures aprox. 11 1/4Inch /28,5cm. The sounding length is 23,5 cm (9 1/4inches) I dont know the key of the instrument.
