A charming Edwardian children's book with exceptional illustrations by K M Skeaping, 'The Doll-Man's Gift' tells the story of a magic apple tree grown from a single pip by a motherless little girl called Ladykin, who grows up to marry a prince. Book is undated, apart from a handwritten inscription on the half-title page dated 'Xmas 1905', but it is believed to be a 1st edition of 1902.
