It looks as if something has broken off as there is a sharp lump to his collar, possibly an instrument. No damage to his hair or fingers - a surface bubble has burst on his back leaving a sharp area exposed, possibly something was at some pot attached to his hat as there is a small area of white that looks out of place - With all of this in mind please do inspect the pictures carefully
