WARRANTY PERIOD

Differentials and Transfer Cases are provided with a 30-Day Limited Parts Warranty. The warranty period commences on the date of recorded delivery. This warranty is strictly limited to the gear assembly/case itself and does not cover labor, towing, rentals, or diagnostic fees under any circumstances.

SHIPPING DAMAGE AND INSPECTION

In the event of damage sustained during shipping, the buyer must provide all photographic proof required by the carrier to initiate a claim. This includes clear photos of:
1. The damage to the item itself.
2. The exterior and interior of the shipping box/packaging.
3. The shipping label showing the tracking number.
4. Any other photos requested by the carrier (UPS/FedEx/USPS).
The buyer acknowledges that insurance claims are processed by the carrier and may take an extended period of time to resolve. A replacement or refund will not be issued until the carrier's investigation is complete.

MANDATORY INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS

All work must be performed by a licensed, ASE-certified mechanic shop or an OEM-authorized dealership. To activate this warranty, the installing shop must:
1. Record the VIN and current mileage on the final invoice.
2. Verify that the gear ratio of the replacement unit matches the vehicle's original specifications.
3. Ensure all tires on the vehicle are of the same size, brand, and tread depth (critical for AWD/4WD systems).
Failure to provide proof of professional installation will void all warranties.

DRIVETRAIN SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS

This warranty covers internal "hard parts" (gears, bearings, and shafts). Exclusions: External sensors, actuators, shift motors, and wiring harnesses are included as a convenience and are not covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by mismatched tire sizes, mismatched gear ratios, or "binding" caused by improper use of locking mechanisms. Furthermore, all clutches, flywheels, and related wear items are strictly excluded.

MAINTENANCE AND FLUID SPECIFICATIONS

Units are delivered drained of all fluids. The manufacturer-specified gear oil or transfer case fluid must be added to the correct level per OEM procedures. Use of incorrect fluid or failure to add fluid before operation will immediately void the warranty.

ISSUE NOTIFICATION AND REPAIR POLICY

The buyer must notify Euro1Link LLC of any issues before any repair work or disassembly is performed. Any unauthorized alterations or "opening the case" without prior written consent from Euro1Link LLC will immediately void this warranty.

RETURN SHIPPING

In the event of a verified warranty claim, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. The unit must be packaged securely in a manner similar to how it was received and must be drained of all fluids for transport.

LEGAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing this item or paying the associated invoice, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above. Any legal disputes arising from this sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and settled in the courts of Stephens County.
