This is very well known soviet era clone from Contax 85 mm lens.

Nice portrait lens to adapt on mirrorless camera.

Glass is fine, no scratches, no fungus, focus works well.

Thre is some rattling when You shake the lens, probably front element needs tightening.Looking through picture is sharp and crisp.
