All of our discounted furniture is sold directly from our own stock. We arrange delivery for you with an experienced courier we know and trust, so there are no long waits, no lost parcels, and no transport damage. Instead, your new sofa will be with you in under three weeks. We typically deliver within 1 week for the North West, up to 2 weeks for the South East, and up to 3 weeks for Scotland, Wales and Cornwall.

If you'd prefer to collect in person, you're welcome to do so any time we're open, which is 10am to 5pm Monday, Friday & Saturday, and 10am to 4pm Tuesday & Sunday. Just pick "collection in person" at checkout, and bring your QR code and some ID.

We deal directly with top brands and factories in the UK and Europe to secure fantastic savings on branded and designer furniture that we pass directly onto our customers.
Our discounted sofas and furniture include genuine ex-display models, end of line stock, overstock, samples and prototypes, demonstration models for new ranges, and the occasional failed delivery or change of mind return. We also sell made to order sofas from our eBay outlet, with the same price beating guarantee.

We don't use a grading system – instead every piece of furniture is personally checked and thoroughly described, including details of any defects where present.

- Our Italian sofas are made in Italy, and we don't stock any sofa brands that are predominantly made in China.
- All of our stock is made for the UK market, following all safety requirements, and is not subject to any product recalls.
- Our prices are compared to what the same item actually sells for elsewhere, and not artificially inflated RRPs. And we don't trade under any other names, so if it doesn't say "Worthington Brougham Furniture", it isn't us.

I Need Help. What Do I Do?
- If I've changed my mind before delivery:
- Message us through eBay requesting a cancellation and we'll handle the rest. You'll receive a full refund of the purchase price and delivery charge.
- If I've changed my mind after delivery:
- You have 30 days from the delivery date to open a return through eBay. Return delivery costs £1.20 per road mile from your postcode to ours, with a minimum of £120. Once we've received and inspected the item we'll issue your refund through eBay. We'll charge for any cleaning, repairs or replacements required, but in practice we've found most of our customers are very considerate about this. Where we can, we're happy to offer a discount if you'd prefer to exchange for something similar.
- If there's a problem:
- get in touch as soon as you can, whether you've noticed an issue on arrival or months later. We will always do whatever we can to help.
- If I have other questions:
- You can always contact us through eBay for a fast response from an experienced, knowledgeable person.
