This appears to be a vintage pressed steel Ertl International Schneider Transport Inc. semi-truck and trailer toy, often produced in the late 1970s or early 1980s. The model is a replica featuring an orange tractor and a matching trailer with white vertical stripes.
The paint is worn off in some spots and rust is showing as seen in photos. Tires are dusty/dirty, but tried to clean them. Bottom of the cab frame reads: Ertl
