SHIPPING:

 

- The sink system will be shipped via freight carrier only. The packaged product is too large for FedEx Ground® and UPS® Ground.


- Handling time is 3–5 days. Transit time varies by your location.


Shipping Options:

- Residential – Delivery fees apply to a business operating within a residence, apartment, place of worship, school (K-12), pre-school, day care, camp, farm, public storage facility, and any other such location not generally recognized as a commercial site. Each listed applies to the ENTIRE premises.


 - Liftgate – The driver will lower the shipment to the ground at the curbside of the delivery address.


- Business – Locations that do not meet the description of residential. The business must be open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.


- Delivery will be handled by a tractor trailer truck (18-wheeler). The truck must be able to access your delivery address. Contact us if you are unsure whether or not a tractor trailer can deliver to your address. We can use Google Street View to make this determination. Picking up from the trucking terminal is always an option.

 

 

RETURN POLICY:

 

- All returns must be initiated using eBay's return process.

- Buyer pays return shipping.

- We accept returns on new products only within 30 days from the date of purchase.

- Product must be returned unused and in original new, sellable condition.

- All returned items are subject to inspection for damage before refunding.
