We deliver products all over Australia using Australia Post eParcel and various couriers.
Shipping costs are determined by the size and weight of the product, as well as your location. The exact shipping costs will be displayed in the shopping cart and added to your order total before checkout.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 business days during non-peak periods. Estimated shipping times range from 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location in Australia. Please note that these times may be extended during peak seasons.
The Australia Post eParcel service delivers across Australia and requires a signature upon delivery.
Deliveries are made only to physical addresses; we do not accept Post Office Boxes. If delivery cannot be completed at the specified address, the parcel will be returned to an Australia Post office or another depot for collection. Home delivery is not guaranteed.
To ensure prompt dispatch, if an item is located at a store that would cause a significant delay in shipment, we may need to cancel that item from your order and issue a refund for its value. In the event of a significant error in shipping calculations, we will contact you to provide the correct shipping charges or offer a refund if necessary.
Please note that larger items may be shipped in their original packaging, which may include images or descriptions of the enclosed item. Be mindful of this if someone other than yourself will be receiving the delivery.
**Shipping Destinations:** Australia-wide
If you are not entirely happy with the products you have received, you may return them to us in their new, unopened packaging. We will issue you with refund excluding shipping

- Products must be in an undamaged condition
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with tags still attached
- All shipping costs are non-refundable
