Postage included in our listings is for mainland UK only and excludes the regions listed below. Buyers in these areas must contact us for a delivery quote before purchasing. Items will not be dispatched until the correct delivery charge has been paid.

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is faulty or not as described.

All parts are used but are checked before removal and again before dispatch. All items carry permanent security markings and UV identification. If these markings are missing or tampered with upon return, no refund will be issued.

If an incorrect part is ordered, returns may be accepted by agreement. In these cases, original postage costs will be deducted and a 25% handling fee will apply. The buyer is also responsible for return postage.

Items must be checked for damage in transit before signing for delivery. We cannot accept responsibility for transit damage if the item is signed for as received in good condition.
