30 Day Warranty (Parts Only, No Labor) Full Details Below

WARRANTY PERIOD

Engines are provided with a 30 Day Limited Parts Warranty. The warranty period commences on the date of local pickup or the date of recorded freight delivery. This warranty is strictly limited to the engine assembly itself and does not cover labor, towing, rentals, or diagnostic fees under any circumstances.

FREIGHT AND DELIVERY INSPECTION

The buyer or receiving party must inspect the engine for damage before signing the delivery receipt. Any damage sustained during freight must be noted on the drivers Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery. Damage caused by freight does not fall under this mechanical warranty. If damage is found, the buyer must inform the freight driver immediately upon signing to initiate a damage claim. Failure to note damage at the time of delivery may nullify the ability to file a claim.

MANDATORY INSTALLATION AND DOCUMENTATION

All work must be performed by a licensed, ASE certified mechanic shop or an OEM authorized dealership (for example, BMW or Porsche). Failure to provide proof of professional installation will result in voiding all warranties. To activate this warranty, the installing shop must record the VIN and current mileage of the vehicle receiving the engine on the final installation invoice.

MAINTENANCE AND OIL SPECIFICATIONS

The following must be replaced at installation: New Valve Cover Gasket, New Oil Pan Gasket, New Aluminum Bolts (where applicable for valve covers, oil pans, etc.), and a New Oil Filter. Only engine oil meeting the specific manufacturer technical certification (for example, BMW Longlife 01 or Porsche C30) and correct viscosity for this engine model must be used. Use of non certified or incorrect oil voids the warranty.

ISSUE NOTIFICATION AND REPAIR POLICY

The buyer must notify Euro1Link LLC of any issues or suspected defects before any repair work is performed. Any unauthorized disassembly, alterations, or repair work performed on the engine without prior written consent from Euro1Link LLC will immediately void this warranty. Euro1Link LLC will not be responsible for any costs associated with repairs that were not pre approved in writing.

RETURN SHIPPING

In the event of a verified warranty claim, the buyer is responsible for all return freight charges. The buyer must ensure the engine is secured to a pallet in the same manner it was received.

GUARANTEES AND EXCLUSIONS

Engines are guaranteed to turn, the block and head are not cracked, and each cylinder has a minimum compression of 120 psi unless otherwise stated. The following items are NOT warrantied: A/C Compressors, alternators, injectors, coil packs, starters, intake manifolds, throttle bodies, camshaft sensors, crankshaft sensors, pcv valves, coolant lines, turbochargers.

WARRANTY VOIDING CONDITIONS

The warranty is immediately voided if the engine overheats or is operated with low oil or oil starvation. Any tuning, software modifications, aftermarket performance parts, turbo additions, or turbo modifications will immediately void all warranties. Failure to replace mandatory gaskets and bolts listed above also voids the warranty.

LEGAL AGREEMENT

By purchasing this item or paying the associated invoice, the buyer agrees to all terms and conditions listed above. Any legal disputes arising from this sale shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and settled in the courts of Stephens County.
