These were removed from a 1974 Corvette and hottanked and degreased. They have surface rust from storage after being degreased.  They will are being sold as good cores or you may return them for full refund for 30 days from time of purchase. They would likely run if bolted on motor after being cleaned up but would be best to take apart, change seals and refurbish as needed.
