His pads have lots their plush over the years, and they are mostly linen now. There is wear to the mohair around the seams. No label attached but this was purchased by my relatives in the 1950s from Merrythought. He has vertical black stitches on his nose, and glass eyes. He is clean and doesn't smell of anything.
