Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (apart from shipping time).
- We offer a variety of shipping options including FedEx, Purolator, and UPS. The estimated delivery time will depend on the selected shipping method.
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package as well as the destination. Free shipping may be offered on select items.
- Buyers are responsible for any customs and import duties that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

- All deliveries require a signature regardless of the value of the item.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.
- We offer no restocking fee for returns apart from sealed box items which is 20%.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original accessories, cables, packaging, and tags.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was not as described.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 2 business days.
