Shipping
We ship all orders from the UK.using Royal Mail standard and tracked or tracked courier service. International orders are shipped via eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP). Returns & Refunds Faulty or Not as Described
If a Item is defective, damaged in transit, or significantly not as described, notify us immediately (within 14 days of delivery). Under the Consumer Rights Act, you may return faulty goods and receive a full refund or replacement. In such cases we cover the return shipping cost (since you are returning an item that is not as sold). Upon receiving the return, we will refund the purchase price and original postage (if charged) in full, within 14 days.

We do accept returns for non-faulty items, to be arranged through eBays return system. Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return. You then have 14 days to ship the item back to us (or to eBay's UK shipping centre if using GSP returns). Return postage is paid by the buyer (as allowed under UK law). The item must be returned in the same condition it was received (including all original parts and packaging). We will refund the full purchase price and the original standard postage once we receive the returned item in good condition. No restocking fees or extra charges will be deducted from your refund.
