Pre Civil War dug relic Thistle button has a RMDC (raised mark in depressed channel) circa 1840's manufactured  by Benedict & Burnham.  Civil War soldiers wore these buttons, this one was found in a Union camp in Falmouth VA.   This rare button was found years ago on private property with permission.   Please ask any questions BEFORE bidding.  We offer combined shipping, please wait for an invoice.
