No Figure and one broken part
Nice and clean with a nice box. My guess this was an old store return and the person broke the plunger part off to get it back into the box and return it. It no doubt ended up at Good Will because they branded it and stop doing that over 20 years ago.
Anyhow the broken part is replaceable and can be found here on eBay or maybe you can pin and glue it back together. The rest of it is complete and looks like new.
The box is in great condition. See pictures
