Offered is this likely late 19th century reloading tool / wad cutter, likely a rare tool from an early Winchester, Ideal, Remington, Sharps etc boxed reloading set. These are EXTREMELY hard to find as mostly unmarked and easily lost and or separated from the mated tool. This one is marked “38 S&W” as shown.
It is in very great condition as shown and is completely unmodified nor cleaned by me.
