Reproduction of the coin with face value of 5 lei issued in 1880

Obverse: in the centre the effigy of Prince Carol I of Romania in profile to the left. The letter “R” (reproduction) is engraved to the left of the portrait, at the bottom the name of the engraver “KULLRICH” and the inscription “CAROL I DOMNUL ROMANIEI” in an arc. All the elements are surrounded by a beaded circle that follows the rim.

Reverse: in the centre the 1880 coat of arms of Romania, bearing at the top the inscription “ROMANIA” in an arc, the face value represented by the figure “5” and the letter “L” engraved bilaterally, on the right an ear of wheat, on the left the letter “B” and in exergue the year of issue “1880”. All the elements are surrounded by a beaded circle that follows the rim.
