This lot features one of C. Conrad & CO's first Budweiser beer bottles from the 1870s to 1880s. This antique beer bottle is made in the United States and features an aqua color with an embossed design. It is a blob top bottle with an applied lip, which adds to its unique and collectible appeal. This rare piece of beer history holds significance for collectors and enthusiasts of vintage brewing memorabilia.
No cracks, but there is one small chip in the body where a bubble in the glass was too close to the surface. It does not penetrate the bottle. See close ups for details. Could use a cleaning, but the patina looks fantastic as it currently sits. There are some tactile scratches on the surface as shown in the close ups as well.
