All items are sent out within 3 days of payment unless it is made to order please allow 10 working days - i do like to recycle where i can, so will use various used and new packaging to do so and to keep costs down so i can offer free postage to you. If you require urgent delivery - please contact me and i can get a quote for express delivery for you.I have described the item as it is, therefore returns are generally not accepted, however please contact me if there is any problem at all and if a return is requested please send back to me within 14 days and i will either refund as soon as it back or replace the item upon you sending the item back at your cost.
