This is a rare lot of 10 rare 8mm film reels from the 1940s, featuring black and white footage from the United States during World War II. These unviewed reels come with a Fodeco case and are considered home movies, providing a unique glimpse into historical events and everyday life during that time period. Perfect for film enthusiasts or collectors interested in vintage movie and photography memorabilia, these reels offer a nostalgic and historical viewing experience. Note: the canisters are labeled, one says Atom bomb, one says, news parade 1944, another one says Home Christmas 1946. (See pictures). These would’ve all been taken by my grandfather who was a Chief Petty Officer and served in the South Pacific during World War II and lived in New Mexico. The steal Fodeco Ejector case was in my Mom & Dad’s house unopened for over 50 years. Make an Offer!
