Sadly it grades low as it has bends tears water damage writing in marker on the front cover writing on the inside of the cover discoloration a musty smell perhaps some mold and other defects. I would call it around a 2.0 gd out of 10 condition. See pics and judge for yourself before purchasing as grading is subjective.
