Tiny very detailed enameled metal black and white Shih Tzu with red and silver top knot ornament , this figurine is approximately 3/4 of an inch  tall ,  3/8 of an inch wide and 7/8 of an inches long. 

CN metal tag on bottom. I see no other identification.

No obvious  chips or cracks, There may be a broken ring in the center of the back (maybe it was a pendant?) but not sure.
