There are light marks on the CD. It has been tested to play through. There are creases in the front artwork.

This item is pre-owned.   It has been opened and played. The outer case might have normal wear to it. The item you will be receiving is the exact item in the photos. 

I use clean recycled materials for packaging.  I have a smoke free, pet friendly home but as most items acquired are second hand, I have no idea as to their background.  I do try to describe everything to the best of my ability, but I am no expert.
