Please read the full description! This displays a charging symbol when plugged in, and when unplugged, it will display the Apple logo briefly, but it immediately turns off. You can hear the drive start to spin up, and then click and stop.

More than likely, both the hard drive and the battery are both bad. However, these are the two main upgrades that are done when these iPods are restored (a new battery and an SD card slot instead of an internal drive), so this would be a perfect candidate for an upgrade!

This is in good cosmetic condition, the screen appears to be in good condition, and the rear has a ding or two, and the typical scratches and scuffs from use over the years, it is free of any cracks or major damage.
