Please make sure that the meat is well thawed. If your portions of beef were still partially frozen so it was difficult to slice through parts.
If your meat is large, Will need to cut the meat in a small chunk and then use a slight sign motion To move the blade through it.
Make sure you are pulling and pushing the knife to cut the meat - let the knife do the work. It really cleaves when you give it a good stroke across what you're cutting and aren't trying to force it down
Works great just don't try to do too much at one time. Had to cut the big breast's in half before slicing others worked wonderful.
Have you tried the sawing movement?
"SAWING MOTION " You have to slide the knife from before to after. You need to go back and forward on meat, like a normal saw.
this is a good value considering it replaces a very heave and expensive meat slicer.
It can only cut 2mm-4mm thickness. If you want to cut meat slices thicker than 4mm, the product can't do it. Thanks for understanding.
