Shipping

Most orders (excluding pre-sale items) are processed and shipped within 72 hours after payment confirmation. Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate, including your apartment/unit number (if applicable).

Important Notes:

• Once your order is shipped, we cannot redirect it to a different address.
• A valid phone number must be included in your shipping details, as carriers require this for delivery.
• You’ll receive a door-to-door tracking number as soon as your package is dispatched. Orders cannot be canceled after the tracking number is generated.

Customs:

• For US buyers, there are no extra tariffs. The price includes all costs.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or isn’t working correctly, please:

1. Send photos of the issue for verification.
2. Contact me first—do not open a dispute or request a return before we resolve the issue.
