New with tags, pewter wind charm with 4 cows. Hangs great, and has a wonderful sound. Tag got damaged with water, but with the pewter metal the cows and hanger are made of they did not have any damage from the water. Vintage from the late '90s. Carson Freeport brand, pewter with nylon string.
