noting that the rocket and base have damages and missing pieces. visible in the photos.
not sure if its missing anything else, but does appear to be sort of complete. one balloon is shot, other is intact but I doubt will work due to age. not sure if it came with rubber bands originally but does not contain any now.
toy is untested. as is, no returns.
