This is a really special binding even if you aren't that fussed about the contents. There are fold out maps (one is torn on the fold) and over 700 pages of information from the perspective of the historian H W Wilson (recollections may vary!).

The way this has been bound, the index to Volume II is at the front but there are two volumes here that cover the period from October 1899 to August 1900 - Chapters I to XXXI
