NH-1 220V Splicing Press Machine Belt Joiner For Printing Textile Spindle Tape
NH-1 Belt Splicing Hot Press Machine — eBay Full Product Description
1. Product Introduction
NH-1 series portable belt splicer is designed for flat belts and sheet base belts, with a bonding width range of 10mm to 80mm.
This handheld joint welder allows on-site splicing of drive belts directly on production equipment, easy to operate with stable performance. It is widely used for thermal bonding of rubber spindle tapes, conveyor belts and nylon sheet base belts.
2. Operation Instructions
Pre-operation Check
Inspect all machine parts for integrity before use. Connect power supply per the rated voltage marked on the nameplate. The red indicator light turns on to show power input, and the green light lights up as the heating plate warms up. The green light will turn off once the temperature reaches 95–105°C, and the temperature can be adjusted up or down as needed.
Belt Bonding Steps
Coat a thin even layer of adhesive on the polished belt joint, then let it air dry for about 10 minutes (adjust time according to your glue type). Clamp the belt joint tightly and place it gently on the heating plate, cover the upper pressure plate and fasten bolts moderately (over-tightening will cause belt offset). Turn on power until the heating lamp goes out, disconnect power, wait for the machine to cool and cure fully, then take out the finished bonded belt.
Temperature Adjustment
A screw knob for temperature control sits inside a small hole on the machine bottom. Rotate clockwise to lower temperature, counter-clockwise to raise temperature.
New machines are factory preset at 95–105°C, no manual adjustment required under normal working conditions.
Hot Splicing Time
Standard heating time ranges from 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the thickness of the belt.
