Delivery
We are enthusiastic recyclers, so please excuse us if your parcel arrives in reused packaging—it may look a little unusual, but it’s kinder to the planet.
UK Mainland: Delivery within 8–10 working days (often sooner). If you need your order more urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help.
Non-Mainland UK: Please message us before purchasing, as additional postage charges may apply.
International Buyers
For overseas orders, we use eBay’s Global Shipping Program (GSP) only. This service is fully insured for antiques, collectibles, and fragile items. Please note that international returns are not accepted.
Returns
If your item arrives damaged or does not match its description, please contact us within 5 days of receiving it. We kindly ask that you provide photographs of the packaging/box and the item itself.
