• 1. Scope of application:
Plane splicing of coated membrane structures (polyethylene, polypropylene, polyvinyl chloride and other hot-melt materials) such as inkjet cloth, light box cloth, PVC tarpaulin, yoke canvas, sunshade, etc.
• Two. Operation method:
• Lay the edges of the two splices of the spray painting surface to be spliced up and down according to the overlap width of 30-40CM, and fix them with tape or clamps at the distance between the two ends 40CM from the pressure seam;
• Turn on the power button of the hot stitching machine, turn on the temperature and speed knobs respectively, and set the speed and temperature according to the thickness of the cloth, the material and the ground conditions, and start to preheat for about 2 minutes;
• Place the machine at the overlapped position of the ends of the two inkjet splices, and the rollers are aligned with the edge of the pressure seam;
• Move the tail end handle to the left, insert the hot air nozzle into the top and bottom of the printing splice, and start splicing;
• After the hot air nozzle is inserted into the gap between the upper and lower splicing pictures, the machine will start self-propelled. During the crimping process, you can gently hold the left handle to control the direction to adjust the deviation, and make the edge of the upper splice and the inner side of the nozzle contact ；
• When the splicing progresses to the end of the screen, move the tail end handle to the right to lift the hot air nozzle away from the gap between the upper and lower splices to stop the machine, and you are done.
• Special reminder: After finishing the work, in order to protect the electric heating core from premature aging, cooling must be done: raise the hot air head, reset the temperature adjustment knob to zero, turn off the power button of the machine after 5 minutes, and stop the fan rotation. In case of a special situation at work, such as a sudden power failure, you must first raise the hot air head, and then return the temperature control knob to the zero position, and then consider the power supply problem.
