Offered for your consideration is a mixed lot of 160 Jefferson Nickels from 1939 through 1942 and 1946 through 1949. The coins are all circulated and in varied states of condition. They are housed in four Harris nickel tubes that hold 40 coins each.

*late year 1942 through 1945 “War Nickels” are not included here*

Aside from sorting the nickels from a large coin collection, they have not been searched by me and I made no attempt to tally the mint marks. This doesn’t mean they were not culled and/or searched by the person(s) that amassed the greater collection over the decades (in particular, removing/not including War Nickels).

Lastly, the quantities per year here are: 1939 (15), 1940 (35), 1941 (43), 1942 (9), 1946 (19), 1947 (17), 1948 (9), and 1949 (13).

So, as pictured, this lot of 160 Jefferson Nickels from 1939-42 and 1946-49 is offered at a reasonable opening bid.
