Sprague Tel-Ohmike TO-5 Capacitor Analyzer - PARTS

This is a Sprague Tel-Ohmike TO-5 Capacitor Analyzer. It looks really nice, but does not respond or light up when I plug it in. Therefore, it is FOR PARTS/AS-IS. All the dials turn fine. There is a "LACGH ELEVATOR DEPT." etched on top of the case. The leather handle is broken.
