Payment is expected through PayPal within two calendar days of the sale and/or

close of the auction. All auctions/sales are final. Please, serious buyers only!

I reserve the right to cancel the bid from BRAND NEW buyers and/or any buyer

who has negative feed-back due to non-paid transaction, any buyer without

sufficient feedback, any with invalid phone number or address, or no response

to messages/phone calls. If you fit in one of these categories, please contact

me BEFORE you place a bid. Please note that I neither offer nor provide any

warranty on this item. Sorry, because of eBay policies, I do not ship to PO Box

or APO/FPO addresses. PayPal and insurance may require signatures and PO Box

and APO/FPO do not allow it.

International Buyers: Please Note:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not

included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's

responsibility.  Please check with your

country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior

to bidding or buying.

International Shipping:  Buyers with

either a foreign PayPal account or newly registered eBay account must contact

me BEFORE making the purchase. Any international shipping costs to the

locations I ship internationally will be borne by the buyer.  Shipping and handling will be higher

than stated.  Also, if an item is shipped U.S.P.S. First Class (16 ounces

or less), U.S.P.S.  will not allow the

purchase of insurance.  So ALL FIRST CLASS SHIPMENTS AND MEDIA MAIL

requires the buyer to assume all risk of loss or damage in shipment. 

Insured Shipments:  I ship only via U.S.P.S. and FedEx.   Most items are insured. However, if

an item is shipped U.S.P.S. First Class (16 ounce or less), U.S.P.S.  will not allow the purchase of

insurance.  So ALL FIRST CLASS SHIPMENTS AND MEDIA MAIL require the

buyer to assume all risk of loss or damage in shipment. 

If a buyer makes a claim for damage or loss in shipment, any refund will only

be provided once the U.S.P.S. has completed their investigation, approved the

claim and insurance payment received.  This process will also require the buyer

to respond to any U.S.P.S.  request for

information on the claim and, possibly (for damage in shipment), bring item to

their local USPS office for inspection.  Due to buyer abuse of eBay’s

buyer protection program and false claims of damage and/or loss, under no

circumstances will the seller (me) provide any refunds to the buyer (you) until

this process is completed.

Buyers/Bidders with feedback of less than 25 or on eBay for fewer than 6 MONTHS

REPORT: I certainly

reserve the right to report fraudulent buyers to eBay/PayPal, other internet

fraud complaint centers, and since I am one, to law enforcement (both local and

Federal) without hesitation. I record any applicable serial numbers of items to

ensure both yours and my protection.
