This listing is for a Vintage Maniacs "True Historical Lightweight" stop tailpiece (chrome, Made in Japan).
In Japan these sell out quickly. QC and voicing are produced under the same direction as DMC (Dead Mint Club), so the build quality is superb.
It is a faithful recreation of the 1960s to early 1970s lightweight aluminum chrome stopbar used on classic Gibson-style instruments. Vintage-correct look and feel for Les Paul, SG, and ES restorations or premium upgrades.

To the USA: Under current US regulations, shipments from Japan must be sent with import duties prepaid by the seller (DDP). In short, the tariff is already covered, so there will be no surprise duty bill on delivery. Please note that state sales tax collected by eBay, or a small customs clearance or handling fee charged by the carrier, may still apply in some cases. These minor charges are outside of my control.
To all other countries: Free worldwide shipping via Japan Post Economy Airmail with tracking. Import VAT or duties may be charged by your country, and the buyer is responsible for any local import rules and fees.
Returns are accepted within 30 days. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. Once the item is received and inspected, I will provide either a full refund or a replacement at the buyer's choice (subject to availability for a replacement).
IMPORTANT, please read before buying: This is an unused, open-box item, and its value depends on remaining in unused, uninstalled condition. For this reason, returns are accepted ONLY if the tailpiece is returned unused and uninstalled, in the same condition as sent. If the tailpiece has been mounted on studs, fitted to a guitar, strung up, or shows any new scratches or marks from test-fitting, it is no longer returnable, except in the case of a genuine not-as-described issue. Please confirm fitment for your specific guitar and message me with any questions before purchasing.
