SHIPPING AND HANDLING

  • We provide two shipping methods via UPS: Ground and Ground Saver. Please select your preferred speed at checkout.
  • We offer signature confirmation for an additional $5 fee. If you would like to add signature confirmation, please contact us.
  • Signature confirmation is free for orders over $750.
RETURNS
  • Once you open the box of your LEGO set, there is a 15% restocking fee.
  • We cannot accept returns of Lego pieces that have been removed from the plastic bag. The plastic bag must remain sealed. 
  • All items in the original condition must be returned. Please do not apply shipping labels or tape directly on the manufacturer's packaging. Otherwise, your return request will be declined or there will be an additional fee (up to 50%).
