Uzbekistan, Tashkent. Metro(Subway) token for pensioners(retirees). Plastic. 2016?-2017

During the years of their circulation in the Tashkent Metro(Subway), these tokens were subject to strict accounting controls.
Before the turnstile, a Metro employee would check the passenger's pension ID card and insert the token into the turnstile themselfs. At the end of the shift, all tokens were counted. Any shortage was unacceptable and strictly punished.
According to unverified information we have received, there were between 30 and 50 such tokens in circulation at each Metro station. In 2017, there were 29 Metro stations in Tashkent, meaning there were approximately 870-1450 tokens. This information comes from a former Metro employee and can't be independently verified.
In 2016-2017, these tokens were impossible to find.
Only two years ago, a small quantity entered the market.
The plastic token is slightly(!) sticky. It seems to be coated with a non-drying varnish.
It's not really critical for usage.
