Custom painted Vegeta figure based on the Buu Saga. Painted with acrylic and sealed with matte clear coat for extra durability, all parts are smooth to the touch. Note the paint may still scratch or chip off since the custom is inherently fragile compared to factory paint. (Fully painted aside from skin, gloves, and boots.)
