Which network should I purchase?

We offer both Unlocked and Network Locked devices. You can identify which version you are viewing by checking the listing title, which will clearly state either β€œUnlocked” or the specific network it is locked to. If you plan to stay with the same carrier for the lifetime of the device, you may purchase either a Network Locked device for your carrier or an Unlocked device. If you plan to switch carriers in the future or use the device internationally, we recommend purchasing an Unlocked device. Please note that Network Locked devices are permanently locked to the carrier listed in the advertisement and cannot be unlocked for use with other networks. If you are unsure which option is best for your needs, feel free to contact us before purchasing.

How Do I Activate My Device?

To activate your device, insert your carrier’s SIM card (if applicable) or follow the on-screen prompts to complete eSIM setup. Orders do not include physical SIM cards, as SIM cards contain information specific to your wireless plan and carrier account. If you do not already have a compatible SIM card, your current SIM is not working, or you need assistance activating an eSIM, we recommend visiting your local carrier store for activation support..

Sim Card/E-Sim

Install your network SIM card in the device (if applicable) or follow the prompts during activation for Set Up eSIM. Orders do not include any physical SIM cards. If you do not already have a SIM card, your current one is not working, or you need help with eSIM activation, go to your local network store for activation assistance.

Are your devices water resistant?

All our items are listed as "Refurbished" as we are not the original sellers of the item. We do not guarantee water resistance on any of our devices. Water damage like physical damage is not covered by seller.

If your device arrives damaged or develops a defect within 30 days, send us a message. Our trained technicians offer FREE repairs!

I want my money back, what do I do?

Starting on the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to return the device for a full refund. Items with Buyers Remorse/Changed Mind will require buyer to pay return shipping. Items with defects or inaccurate listings will be happy to facilitate shipping for repair/return.

Note: We do not cover return shipping costs if the device is taken outside of the United States after delivery. We do not sell or operate internationally and unable to Guarantee International connectivity with US Region devics.

How long will it take to get my order?

All orders ship via FREE Fedex 2 Day Delivery from Northglenn, Colorado within 1 business day. Weekends are not included as business days. 1 Day expedited upgrade is available for a cost. Orders placed Monday through Friday before 3 PM MST will ship out that same day. Orders placed after 3 PM MST on Friday will ship Monday. Tracking number uploaded after order shipped. High value orders will ship with Signature Required on delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Fedex 2 Day Delivery default shipping is FREE! FedEx Standard Overnight is $20.00.

Do you ship internationally?

We are not currently able to to sell/ship internationally.

What is and is not included in my order?

Orders include the purchased device and a generic charging cable. Orders do not include the original retail box, original accessories, or SIM card.

Can you provide specific pictures of the exact device I will receive?

No. We have thousands of devices in stock at any given time and so providing a picture of the exact device you will receive is not feasible.

Can you send me the IMEI of a device?

Yes. After you receive your shipment confirmation, send us a message and we can provide the IMEI to you at that time.
