Vintage 1960s mid-century modern brass wall mount with seven swivel hooks and original wood plank/piece for easy mounting

I believe the wooden piece is original because the knobs match the swivel rack and they cannot be removed from the piece of wood

Rack is missing two knobs/end pieces (see pictures for detail details)
