Art Deco enameled, reverse painted dish with lid.
The knob, lid and bowl are faceted on the outside.
The bowl is painted a mango color on the inside. The lid is painted mango and black.
The berries are done like moriage (raised).
The hand painted decoration on the lid is on the outside - gold, black with small dabs of red.
The knob is also painted gold on the top. A tiny spot of orange paint is missing on the lid, can be seen in 4th pic.
It is a beautiful heavy glass.
Not sure of original purpose, but it's been used very little.
Minimal wear to the paint, a few scratches here and there.
Measures 4" H at the knob x 5 1/2" D, rim of bowl.
