Questo pedale è stato prodotto da JEN (ma è
uno dei pochissimi marchiato “VOX”) nello stesso stabilimento di Pescara in cui
venivano costruiti i Vox Clyde McCoy wah, lo stesso identico modello utilizzato
poi da Hendrix e molti altri. Si tratta, in sostanza, di un wah Vox McCoy
combinato con un Fuzz Face.
Le condizioni, come già scritto, sono da
urlo: è praticamente quasi del tutto immacolato, come se fosse appena
uscito da una capsula del tempo dopo oltre mezzo secolo. Indubbiamente raro,
ancor di più in questo stato di conservazione strabiliante.
Tutti i componenti sono originali al 100% e
il timbro originale è preservato al 100%. Inutile dire che funziona in modo
impeccabile.
Il prezzo NON È TRATTABILE. Se volete
spendere meno, potete trovare opzioni più economiche altrove (ma sicuramente
non in queste condizioni).

VOX “Double Sound”
Wah Fuzz Pedal in near mint condition and in full working order.
This pedal was made by
JEN (but is one of the very few branded "VOX") in the same Pescara
plant as the Vox Clyde McCOy wahs, the same thing used later on by Hendrix and
many others.
It is basically a Vox
McCoy wah combined with a Fuzz Face. It has major organic feel and
sound...pure late 60s Hendrix-ish warm tone!
The condition is simply INCREDIBLE
! It remains in pristine condition, looking as though it stepped out of
a time capsule after over half a century. Because of this, it is taylor-made
for the most demanding collectors. It is a rare find, and even more so
in this incredible condition.
The VOX “Double Sound”
integrates a Vox-style wah circuit using the enowned red Fasel inductor with a
fuzz section derived from the Dallas Arbiter Fuzz Face and Tone Bender lineage,
delivering a wide range of tones from smooth, vocal-like filtering to
aggressive, saturated fuzz.
It tread board feels
brand new and doesn't make any cracky noises. All parts are 100 %
original, the board and circuit is all original, the original tone is 100%
preserved.
Needless to say, it works
flawlessly.
It has that Axis tone with a long arc of a sweep, a slight scoop in the middle
and a nice bitey top end at the top of the sweep.
Price is NOT NEGOTIABLE. If you want to
spend less, you can find cheaper options elsewhere (but definitely not in this
condition)...
