1808. Leather bound volume (5) containing probably last 6 months of 1808 (first cover found being August) & some of Jan 1809. Not complete with pages missing as detailed later. However the fashion plates appear complete. Numbers 34-39 in pairs with one hand-coloured facing another uncoloured. The leather binding is sound but worn & bumped. Some marks & an name wrote on a long time ago. Starts on a partially detached plate of Lady Elizabeth Whitbread. The next page is 13. 3 of the fold-out music sheets appear to be missing half or fold. Pages 41/42,103-106, 109-114, 155/156, 197/198 229-236 are missing. Possibly a bit of January 1809 at end but maybe add ons from December. Ends with Plate of Alexander Pope dated Jan 1809 with obvious removal of pages after. The pages that are there are tanned with some marks & creases. The plates are pretty good condition although some grubby marks, some that could possibly be cleaned up.
