Never fill water above the maximum water level mark (MAX) or below the minimum water level mark (MIN) to ensure proper operation and extend the product's lifespan.
Use only the supplied base. Never place the kettle directly on other heat sources for heating.
Regularly descale the kettle (recommended using white vinegar or a specialised descaling agent) to maintain heating efficiency and water quality. In areas with hard water, descale more frequently.
Shipping & Policies
Shipping Area: Shipment is within UK.
Dispatch Time: Items are generally dispatched within 1 working day after payment is cleared.
Tracking Information: Buyers will also be able to trace deliveries online with a unique tracking number. While we endeavor to send all our items with tracking numbers, there may be a few smaller items that are not sent with a tracking number.
Delivery Address: Buyers have full responsibility to provide us with the correct delivery address on the checkout page before payment is made.
Re-delivery Fees: Re-delivery fee may be charged to buyers for items that are undelivered and/or returned to us due to incorrect delivery address or unsuccessful deliveries.
Delivery Hours: Items will only be delivered during normal working hours (9am to 5pm on weekdays. Delivery is not available on weekends, public holidays or after business hours.
Payment Method: We only accept the payment by Paypal.
Payment Instructions: Buyers are required to carefully follow payment instructions on the checkout page, and note down any necessary details on it (e.g. bank account details).

Return Postage: If it is the buyer's personal reason to return the item, the return postage fee would be at buyer's charge. Plus, the buyer also need to pay 10% restocking fee.
