Terms and conditions

All items are described to the very best of our knowledge and where possible pictures included are of the actual sale terms. All our sales are conducted on a sold as seen basis with no warranty either supplied or implied unless previously stated within the individual item’s sale description. However we accept that problems do sometimes occur and endeavour to provide our clients with the best possible service, in such a case and should a refund be acceptable this will not include the postage and packaging fees incurred. Payment is only accepted through the above methods and is required within 3-days from end of auction date. Please note that by accepting this sale you agree that all software, music, game or information supplied on either CD or DVD will be exempt from returns unless faulty, upon returning a replacement will be issued.

Postage and packaging

All items supplied and shipped within the United Kingdom are sent by either Royal Mail, Parcel Force or another major delivery parcel service and proof of postage will always be available on request. Time and care is always taken to ensure our items are received in the same condition they left in and any damaged packaging should be clearly noted before accepting any item. At this time we do not supply or ship overseas.
