You are buying a Robin Wessman Signed Original Oil Painting on Linen Board Champaign Strawberries Cape Cod 8x10"; Another artist has a similar subject titled "Strawberry Fizz"... not sure what Robin titled this to be?  The core painting is in very good condition.  It needs cleaning as there is minimal dust on surface.  1/4" of edges has very minor paint loss due to previous frame. See pics.

Some of the items that I list for sale on E-BAY are either old, vintage or used. There are very few items in perfect condition that have been used and have stood the test of time. Just about all of them show some signs of use and wear. 
All items are pictured and have as thorough a description as possible. 

I am representing the item to the best of my knowledge. The major drawback of online auctions is that a person can't actually handle and examine an item before bidding.
