An item may only be returned for refund if it is substantially misrepresented in my Ebay description and my pictures. It must be returned in the same condition as it was when it was sent, insured & within 14 days of it's receipt by the owner.
Payment must be received within 7 days of end of auction. Shipping fees are not refundable.
Handling fees include tracking and insurance.
